Cleaning up your MVC controllers

One thing that has always bothered me (and I’m sure many people) about MVC is how the controllers can quickly become bloated.  A co-worker of mine sent along these links which have great ideas on keeping your controllers small, by limiting them to one action, and I thought they’d be good to share:
